​We provide directly observed and documented supervised visitations between parents and their children that promote parent-child attachment, taking into consideration the safety and best interest of the children. ​

Pathfinder accepts Supervised Visitation referrals from the Department of Health and Human Services, and from attorneys and families for Private Pay arrangements.

We provide detailed, behavior-based documentation of each service from a neutral, fact-based position describing family goals and the family’s progress toward those goals.

​Workers engage the parents in developing the necessary skills and parenting practices that improve and promote protective factors in a positive and healthy family relationships, while meeting the physical and emotional needs of their children. Supervised visitation takes place in the least restrictive, home-like environment. Workers will engage the family in establishing goals and action steps to support reaching their goals through healthy child development education, nurturing attachment practices, effective teaching, and modeling positive parenting practices. 

​We teach positive Child and Adolescent Development, and create Social Connections, build Social-Emotional Competencies, form Concrete Supports, and enhance Resilience to improve the overall functioning of the family. Workers use evidence based cognitive behavioral to teach new skills, reduce the risk of harm and promote healthy child and adolescent development.
