Pathfinder Support Services is a community partner with local family coalitions that seek to strengthen families and enhance child well-being without the intervention of the child welfare system. Working with community partners, we offer preventive strategies in the form of coaching sessions for families at the onset of warning signs, before becoming a crisis. The goal is to support families in what they need to thrive so they can stay together, remain self-sufficient, and support the health and learning of their children. Community Collaborative Coalitions emphasize the importance of:
Collective Impact through community partnerships and collaboration.
Build to prevent Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES).
Focus on actively promoting protective factors.
Pathfinder Support Services is a coalition partner with Fremont Family Coalition, and Hall County Community Collaborative and Heartland United Way.
